Plain-language notes on how your details are handled and how sessions work. Last updated 1 October 2026.
Privacy
This site is run by Helena Duarte, psychologist, 12 rue Exemple, 75011 Paris (hello@example.com). I am the controller of the personal data you send through it.
What I collect
What you type in the booking form: name, email, preferred time and your message.
Nothing else. The site sets no tracking or advertising cookies.
Why, and for how long
I use your details only to reply and arrange a call, based on your consent. If we don’t go on to work together, I delete them within 90 days. Clinical notes, if we do, are kept for the period professional rules require and stored encrypted.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@example.com. You can also complain to your national data protection authority.
